Their attendance is prompt, the staff are professional, and very patient with my limited understanding of all things plumbing. Valinstall is truly a diamond in the rough. You will notice not many contractors in Hinton open themselves up to reviews. This is in stark contrast to Edmonton contractors who need to have good reviews to get any business. In my experience building in both areas, the reason for this is obvious. Vali was always professional and reasonable in what was a challenging job because it was a log home build. I highly recommend his company.

We had a bad blockage going to our septic system. They showed up half an hour after I called at 9pm. Worked to get the plug fixed. Completely fixed the problem and literally saved our family Christmas. Amazing service. Super friendly guys, thank you!!!

After being told by competitors the part wasn't available and we'd have to replace our furnace. Valinstall not only got the part but had it installed in less then a week. Affordable, with no fee to come look. Highly recommend :)
I called Valinstall Plumbing for service as kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. I called at 1:30pm and at 3:30pm the company was at my house. They took apart my piping, used a water pressure system to clean out the line and it worked perfectly, they found that the slope was wrong on the pipe so they modified it and now it is working perfectly. Great service and very professional. Their service truck had everything needed for the repair so repair was done quickly and efficiently.
Vali is a professional plumber and maintenance guy. He knows exactly what he's doing. He do a lot of things other than plumbing. He installed water and air filter in our place and he did an awesome job. I really recommend this guy.
My furnace died in the middle of a cold night, first thing in the morning Valinstall sent a Tech over and had it repaired in short time. I have had them over to install a dishwasher as well as an over stove fan, microwave. Professional and knowledgeable! 100% support this small company

Team arrived on time, laid out protective layers wherever they were going to walk. Devon was lead on this reno. He and his teammates were professional, patient, innovative, creative. "Valinstall Plumbing & Design" installed a Complete Bathroom in our Basement. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with their many services, as well as their expertise, and assistance, in helping us with the design. Valy, Claudia, and the employees were very considerate, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. We appreciated the communication, organization, and teamwork.
All of Valy's Employees did a wonderful job, but we got to know Quinton a little more, and we highly praise his work - He did the gyprock, floor, painting, etc., and did an excellent job, with pride in his work, and respect for his Employer.
We also appreciated, and saw how Valy would immediately respond to emergencies, even if it meant that our job may have to get delayed, but our job was still done in a very timely manner.
